Welcome to Ely’s Restaurant & Bar, the Jackson area’s newest “must dine” destination.  Named after my grandfather, Elias (Ely) Shapley of Greenville, Mississippi, Ely’s Restaurant and Bar was established in February 2008 with an emphasis on top quality menu selections and service.  Ely’s boasts a thorough wine list as well as top shelf martini and cocktail selections.  Upstairs in Olde Towne Ridgeland, Mississippi overlooking the railroad tracks, Ely’s mixes the old with the new, offering the best mouth-watering cuts of beef and fresh seafood around with an upscale, casual/contemporary surrounding unlike your other typical steak and seafood restaurants.
